A passion project from Executive Chef Luigi Petrocelli, Chef Ricardo Arias, and partner and beverage director Julio Xoxocotia.
Chefs Petrocelli and Arias wanted to combine their knowledge of French technique with their love of Mexican ingredients to create something new and vibrant.
Perfectly complementing this unique style of cooking, Julio Xoxocotla, originally from Mexico City, has created an adventurous agave forward cocktail program and helped curate one of the city’s most ambitious mezcal collections.
Located at 132 1st Avenue. In the heart of the East Village, on the corner of Saint Marks and First Avenue.
